This page describes how to navigate the Imagebank∞ site.

Basic navigation

There are several ways to navigate through the Imagebank∞ site. The top part of the screen - the header -
includes one or more icons to help navigation; the main body of the page contains the search and explore facilities, and the footer contains useful information and links to privacy policy, site map etc.

Header

On the left you'll always see the Imagebank logo;

Clicking on this will return you to the home page for the imagebank, wherever you are.

On the top right you'll see one or more links. The meaning of these is given for each item here;

Help - Information and help on the imagebank wiki (this site)
Home - Return to the home page
Close - Close this window
Add to Favorites - Add to your favorites folder. As a registered user you can add images to your favorites folder, where they will be held permanently. In this way you can store images you like for later use, without having to download them. See Using sets of images for more information.
Sign In/Out - sign in or out.

Main body

There are two main ways of getting around the imagebank to find images you want; using the Site searching, or Site exploring. Both have their own separate wiki pages, so click on the link to get more details.

Footer

At the footer there are text links to some of the information you might need. They cover terms and conditions of using the imagebank, some background information about the imagebank, how to contact us, our privacy policy, and a site map.
