Exploring the imagebank
Explore the imagebank by clicking on Explore from the home page. This will give you access to the main categories, and also to the latest additions, the artist's corner, the most popular images and the images you have added. Don't forget you can also view your favorites using the view favorites icon - see Navigating the imagebank site for details.
Categories
There are two types of categories in the explore section of the imagebank - the main categories, and sub-categories. So, for example, if you want images of sunsets, choose nature as the main category and then sunset as the subcategory. Next to some of the subcategories you will see Popular || Sets - this gives you the choice to view the categories as images ordered by popularity, or to view image sets related to the topic. See Using sets of images for more information on this feature.
If there are no sets available yet - because they need to be constructed by hand and it all takes time - then you won't see the options and clicking on the subcategory will give you the images in that subcategory, ordered by popularity.
Artists' corner
We have started an artists' corner so Christian artists can open their work up for use in worship. Please visit it by clicking on the relevant link on the main explore page.
Most popular
THe most popular images in the imagebank are displayed if you click on the link on the main explore page. These are ranked according to the number of views of the image by users.
