Problems registering

This page gives the most common problems encountered in registering for Imagebank∞ and what to do about them.

I can't see the numbers and letters in the box

The numbers and letters in the box are generated to stop "bots" from registering. The box typically looks like this;


We use a technology called Captcha∞ to make sure there's a person at the computer. If you have trouble reading the code in the box, click on the box and another set of letters and numbers will be generated for you. If you are still unable to read the code, please contact us∞ with your preferred username, church or organisation, and email.

When I click Submit I get an error message

Have a look at the error message. It will almost certainly tell you that the email address or username is already in use. This may mean you've already registered - if you've forgotten your username then go to the page explaining what to do if you've lost your password or username
