How to change your password or username

This page tells you how to change your username or password.

Changing your username

Currently the only way to change your username is by contacting us∞ - we will change your username and notify you by email as soon as possible. Note that images you have uploaded and saved in your favorites are linked to your username, so we don't recommend changing it. But if you do want to change your username, please bear in mind imagebank is staffed by volunteers so it may take some time to reply.

Changing your password

First log in using your existing password and username. Then click on the link which asks if you want to Change your Password.

If you can't see this box, you're not logged in. If you can't log in because you've lost your password or username, click here.

Enter a new password, and your current password. You are asked to enter your new password twice to avoid errors. It will be displayed on the screen and emailed to you.
