Firefox
Not a bug exactly, but it appears that sometimes for some reason Firefox can add imagebank to the list of “exceptions” to “load images automatically”. This means that the pages will open when you're logged in, but the images are not loaded. Correct it by going to the Tools-> Options menu item and clicking on Exceptions.

If cookies∞ are blocked, or have a short expiry time forced on them, you will experience problems. The Imagebank∞ makes a "note" that you are logged in using a cookie∞, stored on your computer. This only tells the Imagebank∞ that you are logged in - it's used to make sure every page knows you are logged in, But if you have your security settings on high, then it's possible the cookie will be rejected or quickly expired. If this is the case, please add the imagebank site to your list of allowed sites.There are instructions on how to allow cookies at http://www.google.com/cookies.html∞.

I can't view images even when I'm logged in
Occasionally users experience problems even when they're logged in. Here's a typical query; "I sign in and that works Okay, but when I select an image to view the screen opens and says I must be logged in to view full-res images. What's happened?"
The problem seems to center on how your browser handles cookies, which are used to keep you logged in. Work through the following;
Cookies
If cookies∞ are blocked, or have a short expiry time forced on them, you will experience problems. The Imagebank∞ makes a "note" that you are logged in using a cookie∞, stored on your computer. This only tells the Imagebank∞ that you are logged in - it's used to make sure every page knows you are logged in, But if you have your security settings on high, then it's possible the cookie will be rejected or quickly expired. If this is the case, please add the imagebank site to your list of allowed sites.There are instructions on how to allow cookies at Unknown action; the action name must not contain special characters..
Use "Remember me"
Some of the problems you may experience can be overcome by ticking the "remember me" box when you log in. This will ensure the cookie doesn't expire during your session using Imagebank.
Internet Explorer
It appears there is a "feature" of Internet Explorer which means that if you have more than one instance of Internet Explorer open at the same time - not using File->New Window or the tab function, but opened separately - cookie information can get lost when Imagebank opens a new window with the image in it. try closing all running copies of Internet Explorer, then open one copy and use only one window to open Imagebank. Log in as normal and that may provide the solution.
Report it!
If none of the above is any help, please Contact, including the following information;
the browser and version you are using (you can get this from Help -> About on your browser menu)
when the problem occurs - e.g. is it just when a new window to view an image opens? Look at the top right of the page during your exploration of the Imagebank - does it always say "Signed in as <your user name>?
Thank you!
